Not sure whether something can be added? Ask when you enquire. How pricing works
Priced per person, per day
Every tour is bespoke, so it is costed for your squad, your dates and your programme. Once you book, your club’s tour page sets out the prices and the payment plan.
Daily rate × days = price per person
- Per person, per day
- One daily rate per person, from $200, multiplied by the length of your tour.
- Player and traveller rates
- A player rate for the squad and a traveller rate for family and supporters. Your tour page lists what each rate includes.
- Deposit and instalments
- A deposit of usually 10–20% secures your places, and the rest is spread over monthly instalments. The deposit is due no later than six months before the tour.
- Family packages
- Travelling as a family? We offer family packages and family rooms on request.
- Organiser places
- One free staff place per 20 travellers or per 12 players.
Your club gets its own tour page
We build a page for your tour, and your club coach shares the link with players and parents. The itinerary, prices and payment plan are in one place, and players register through the coach.
- The day-by-day itinerary
- Prices and the payment plan
- How to register through your club coach
- A question form that comes straight to Mark
- An unlisted link, kept out of search results
- A QR code to share with families
Travel documents for international groups
What each traveller may need to enter the UK and to play. Rules change, so check every traveller at the official source.
-
Passports and visas
Every traveller needs a passport that is valid for the whole trip. Some nationalities also need a visa, so check each player, coach and supporter.
-
UK ETA
Visitors who do not need a visa may need an Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) before they travel. Each traveller needs their own, children included.
-
Players under 18
Players under 18 travelling without a parent may need a signed consent letter from a parent or guardian. Check the rules of your home country and your airline before you travel.
Your airline and the official sources in your home country -
Permission to play
We always work within the guidelines of your club’s local and national football association and of the English FA.
Our team helps with ETA reminders, visa invitation letters, permission-to-play paperwork and consent forms for players under 18.
This is an overview, not legal advice. College groups should also check their governing body’s rules.

For parents, welfare officers and college staff, our safety and welfare page explains how families take part in a booked tour and where to send a welfare question.
Safety & welfare- An on-site tour manager is with the group around the clock.
- All TFTG staff are DBS checked.
- In an emergency the tour manager calls the emergency services and informs parents within one hour.
