Supervision and rooming
An on-site tour manager is with the group 24 hours a day. Rooms are allocated to families, or as your club requests, and players share with family members or teammates. Curfew is at 10pm.
Staff checks
All TFTG staff are DBS checked.
Medical, dietary and accessibility needs
After registration, families fill in a form with medical, allergy and dietary needs. The tour manager passes it to the hotel and the restaurants.
On tour: contact and incidents
The group reaches us through the tour manager, who is on site around the clock. In an emergency the tour manager calls the emergency services and informs parents at home within one hour.
Transport and accommodation
We arrange the hotels, the meals and local transport by coach for the whole tour.
Insurance
Travel insurance is not included in the tour price, so your club or each traveller arranges their own cover.
On a booked tour
Once your club’s tour is booked, here is what happens for your family.
- Your club coach has the link to your club’s tour page, with the itinerary, prices and payment plan.
- Players register through the club coach.
- Each tour page has a question form that comes straight to Mark.
After registration, families fill in a form with medical, allergy and dietary needs.
