What our forms collect

There are two forms on this website.

• The enquiry form (on the Plan your tour page and the programme pages) asks what you are planning, your name, your email address and your club, academy or college. You can also give your role, country, phone or WhatsApp number, teams, approximate numbers of players and of staff, parents and supporters, preferred month or dates, trip length, what matters most to you, a message and how you heard about us. Parents and players on a booked tour can instead tell us which club’s tour they are on and ask a question.
• The tour question form (on club tour pages) asks for your name, your email address, whether you are a parent, player, family member or coach, the player’s name if you choose to give it, and your question.

Both forms also send the address of the page you used and, if you followed one of our links, a short label for that link. These show us where an enquiry came from and contain no personal details.

Why we use it

We use your details only to answer your enquiry or question. The forms do not add you to a mailing list.

Under UK data protection law, we rely on our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us, and on taking the steps you ask for before a booking.

Where your details go

When you send a form, the website passes your details by email to info@thefootballtravelgroup.com, using Cloudflare’s email service. The website itself does not store them: there is no database behind the forms.

Mark reads and answers enquiries from that mailbox. If you email us directly, your message arrives in the same place.

Our mailbox is provided by Google Workspace.

Hosting and spam protection

This website is hosted by Cloudflare. To deliver pages and keep the site secure, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type.

To keep out spam, our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile. It loads only when you start filling in a form and works in the background.

For how Cloudflare handles this data, see Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set any cookies of its own, and it uses no advertising or tracking cookies.

We count page visits and a few actions, such as a sent enquiry, with Pirsch (Emvi Software GmbH, Germany). Pirsch uses no cookies, stores no personal data and does not identify you; visits are counted anonymously on servers in Germany.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law (the UK GDPR) you can ask us for a copy of the personal details we hold about you, and ask us to correct them, delete them or stop using them. Email info@thefootballtravelgroup.com.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
